The 21st Century Renaissance Youth Leaders Invitation Program 2004 ran for 14 days, from October 7th to 20th, 2004 in Japan. This program brought together 93 promising youth leaders (25-40 years old) from around the world for discussions, information sharing, skills development, and networking towards creating a better world for current and future generations through local and global actions in 4 different fields: Development, Education, Management, Public Relations.

The whole program was organized under the theme "Towards Further Global Harmonization -Initiation of collaborative project(Please refer to the program theme as well as course aims)." It was composed of five parts: Tokyo program, Young Leaders Forum, Field Trip, Local Program, Global Youth Conference.

Select of the alumni members of the Ship for World Youth Program (SWY) and the Ship for South East Asian Youth program (SSEAYP) met face-to-face to discuss global agendas, and created a shared vision for the future network for a better world.
