Report from Young Leaders Forum Presentation-

The NPO Management Course presented common problems faced by NPOs of which we are all members: Alumni Associations.  Through the presentation, possible solutions and strategies were shared and addressed the five elements of NPO Management: organizational philosophy, human resources, funding, public relations, strategic planning. The group used role play combined with PowerPoint slides to make the presentation active and informative.  The role play showed an AA taking the first steps of the NPO management cycle: assessing their challenges and starting the strategic planning process.  In the background, the PowerPoint presentation provided a visual aid, with key words and diagrams of NPO management.

<Social Contribution Activities Course>

The Social Contribution Activities Course aims to recognize the significance of ongoing Alumni Association activities in contributing to the society, share the ideas and/or problems of the activities that the participants are engaged in, and further, propose practical ideas for activities that will revitalize the social contribution activities to be carried out by the Alumni Associations.
