Teambuilding Workshop for Singapore and Cambodia Contingent to SSEAYP 2005 – Singapore (23-24 Jul 05) and Cambodia Contingent (06-07 Aug 05)

 

Leadership Training Resources were used to design Teambuilding Workshop for both SPYs and CPYs of SSEAYP 2005 with the following objectives:

 

  • Experience the Team Cycle: Forming, Storming, Forming and Norming. Adjourning / Mourning.
  • Understand own behavioral styles, strengths and weakness.
  • Strategies to relate more effectively with people of different styles.
  • Experience Conflicts when working as a team. Conflict resolution styles and intentions. Strategy to resolve conflicts.
  • Strategies for effective communication.
  • Understand Team motivation.
  • Understand the practical approach to leadership.
  • Achieve greater bonding among team members.
  • Strategies to be more effective working in teams.
  • Understand the need to challenge old mindset and think out of the box.
